1. Introduction & Scope

Unya is a mobile application (the "App") available for download on the Apple App Store, designed for users aged 18 and above. This Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the App, including features such as in-app purchases, User Generated Content (UGC), and other interactive functionalities. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users within the European Economic Area (EEA) and all applicable data protection laws globally.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Information

We may collect the following personal information you voluntarily provide:

Account information (email address, username, profile details) when you register an account.
Payment information (processed by Apple App Store for in-app purchases; we do not store your full payment details).
Communication data (messages, support requests sent to info@unyaplus.com).
UGC (User Generated Content) you post, upload, share through the App (including text, images, videos, comments).

2.2 Non-Personal Information

We may collect non-identifiable information automatically:

Device information (model, OS version, unique device identifiers, IP address).
Usage data (App interaction, feature usage, session duration, in-app purchase history).
Location data (only if you explicitly grant permission, and solely for App functionality you opt into).

3. Use of Collected Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve the App's functionality (including processing in-app purchases).

To moderate UGC and enforce our content policies (see Section 7).

For users in the EEA, you have the following rights under GDPR:

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases ("IAPs") for premium features, content, or services. All IAPs are processed through the Apple App Store, and Apple's Terms of Service apply to these transactions. We do not store your payment card details; all payment processing is handled securely by Apple. By making an IAP, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your Apple account. Refunds for IAPs are subject to Apple's refund policy; for refund requests, contact Apple Support or our team at info@unyaplus.com.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

With Apple Inc. for processing in-app purchases and complying with App Store guidelines.
With trusted service providers who assist us in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics), and who are bound by confidentiality agreements.
To comply with legal obligations (e.g., court orders, regulatory requests) or protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of others.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (in which case your information will be transferred to the acquiring entity).

7. User Generated Content (UGC) Policy

7.1 UGC Definition

UGC includes any content (text, images, videos, audio, comments, links) that you post, upload, share through the App (e.g., profiles, forums, comment sections). By submitting UGC, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the UGC for the purpose of operating and moderating the App.

7.2 Prohibited UGC

You must not post, upload, share UGC that:

Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or depicts nudity (including "adult content" or content intended to arouse sexual interest).
Is violent, graphic, gory, or otherwise causes physical or emotional discomfort (e.g., depictions of harm, self-harm, or abuse).
Promotes or facilitates gambling, betting, or any form of illegal gaming (including online casinos, sports betting, or lottery schemes).
Promotes, facilitates, or depicts the use, sale, distribution, or manufacturing of illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances (e.g., cocaine, heroin, marijuana where prohibited by law).
Involves political content, including but not limited to: advocacy for political parties/candidates, political propaganda, or content that interferes with elections or political processes.
Is discriminatory, hateful, or harassing based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing of intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark), or violates any applicable law.
Promotes harm to others, including bullying, harassment, or threats of violence.

7.3 UGC Moderation & Enforcement

We actively moderate UGC to ensure compliance with this Policy and our EULA. We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable any UGC that violates Section 7.2, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for repeated or severe violations of our UGC policy. We do not tolerate any UGC that violates this Policy, and any user who submits prohibited UGC will face immediate action, including account termination.

8. End User License Agreement (EULA) Consent

By using the App, you agree to be bound by our EULA, which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Key terms of the EULA include:

You are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You will not use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of this Policy.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including GDPR, Apple App Store guidelines, and local content laws).
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate this Policy or the EULA, including but not limited to posting prohibited UGC or misusing the App.
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

9. Zero Tolerance for Misuse & Offensive Content

We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

Users who post, share, or distribute prohibited UGC (as outlined in Section 7.2).
Users who misuse the App (e.g., fraud, hacking, spamming, or violating Apple's guidelines).
Users who harass, discriminate against, or harm other users of the App.

Any user found engaging in such behavior will face immediate and permanent account termination. We may also report severe violations to law enforcement authorities, as required by law.
